<description>I&#039;ve had a memory foam mattress for about 5 years now and in the past 6 months, I wake up with a sore lower back. It goes away after a cup of coffee and an hour or so in the morning.

I got back from a 10 night trip to Hawaii and my problem was gone for a couple a couple weeks but now it is back.

FYI, I&#039;m in excellent shape. 6&#039;4&quot; 195lbs and work out 3-4 times a week. I ran a half marathon back in October (during the sore back issue) in 8 minute miles.

I will be getting a new bed. Likely an adjustable number bed.

Thanks for the information and I hope this comment will help others.
